Returns

We understand that you may purchase an item that does not fit or suit you as you thought it would. Therefore we do offer returns on eligible items. 

Returns are eligible under the following circumstances:

  • We must be informed of your decision to return the item within 48  hours of your item being delivered. This can be done via our contact page. If items are sent back  without prior requesting a return form from us, it will not be accepted and a refund will not be given.  
  • Your item must be posted back within 14 days of you notifying us with the intent to return the item.
  • The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You must notify us once it has been sent.
  • You, the customer, must cover the cost of returns, postage, customs and duty charges. We advise you send them by insured, tracked and signed postage as we are not responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in the post. It is up to the customer to investigate and follow up with the postal/courier service chosen.If a track number cannot be provided and the return is not received by Athrú by Aoife, the customer will be liable for the full replacement value of the products for purchase
  • Returns will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued, if Athrú by Aoife determines, in its sole discretion, that the relevant products for purchase have been worn, are damaged or otherwise in a worse condition than they were when dispatched by Athrú by Aoife.
  • Items that are not eligible for return are sale items or  items with “no returns’ mentioned in the description section. 

Once your return has been delivered to us, please allow 7 days for a refund to be processed. Postage charges will not be refunded.

Rental Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so  7  days prior to your rental start date, in order to receive a refund of your rental item. Postage charges will not be refunded. Cancellations within 7 days are fully non-refundable. 

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds  if an item does not fit on arrival. This is because that item has now lost out on a rental for the dates you have booked it for.
